New Zealand Lambskin Unshorn Sheepskin Rug (2×3)

Sheepskin is one of those gifts that looks indulgent and then gets used every day. This listing is 100% real New Zealand lambskin, unshorn, in a natural shape around 2 by 3 feet. The size note on the listing is close to 2 feet by 2 feet 11 inches. A hide is not a rectangle cut on a table, so the edges will not match a tape measure perfectly.

Nurseries and living rooms are the two rooms people picture. The listing talks about an Oeko-Tex leather standard as part of a baby-safe position. That is a certification claim on the product page, not a medical claim from us. Read it on Amazon if a baby will be on the rug, and decide there.

Care is the other practical point. The listing says the sheepskin can be machine washed with mild wool soap. Follow those instructions rather than a guess. A ruined hide is a sad gift, and the listing is the authority.

If you want a different sheepskin, the WaySoft ivory 2 by 3 rug is a separate page, with a leather back and a long pile. This lambskin page is the unshorn New Zealand hide. Buy the one whose photos match the room.

Housewarmings, new babies, and winter birthdays are the occasions. It is a stronger home gift than a candle and a more personal one than a generic throw, with the honesty that each pelt looks slightly different. Friends setting up a first flat often appreciate one soft thing on the floor.

The quick-shipping line is about the listing at the time of writing. Check Amazon for your delivery date, and look at the photos of the actual hide style before you promise a colour. New Zealand lambskin, unshorn, about 2 by 3, is the description to keep.
