The practical gift angles are an office or team treat, a family set, a care package, and a Christmas stash. You can split the four blocks between friends and keep one, which is the point of buying caramel fans their flavour in bulk instead of hoping a single block survives the first afternoon. It is still chocolate you hand over. It does not need a speech.
