Four jars of high-grade mānuka is a generous pantry gift you can split with the household or pass on. It is a gift pack. The UMF and MGO numbers are grades. They are not a medical promise.
View on AmazonWhen one jar feels too small and a hamper feels like too much work, a 4-jar pack is the middle path. Steens lists this as 100% pure New Zealand raw mānuka honey, MGO 830+ / UMF 20+, four jars of about 7.9 ounces each. That is a gift pack. It is not a decorative boxed set, and this page will not call it one.
High UMF is still honey. People give it because the grade is recognisable and the jars look like a considered pantry gift. The listing describes it as raw and unpasteurised, and it mentions batch-traceable jars. Country of origin on the listing is New Zealand. None of that is a claim that the honey treats or cures anything.
A household can keep one jar and give the others on. That is a useful shape for Christmas, for a host who cooks, or for parents who already know mānuka and would rather have more of it than a novelty. Coworkers are a stretch unless you know they like honey. Family is the better bet.
Friends overseas who ask for gifts from NZ often name honey before anything else. A four-jar pack is generous without being a crate. It also suits the person who wants to compare a spoonful at breakfast over a few weeks. Keep it in the food gift category.
If a single everyday jar is a better fit, the Taylor Pass UMF 5+ page on this site is the quieter option, and the higher single jars from New Zealand Honey Co and Manuka Health are there too. This Steens page is specifically the four-jar UMF 20+ gift pack.
The quick-shipping line means the listing was set up for quicker US shipping when we wrote the page. Your delivery date is on Amazon. Check the jar count in the cart so you are actually buying four jars, and skip any story that turns the grade into medicine.
